Contact details you provide (name, phone, email, addresses); order and move details (dates, inventory, declared value); video and photos you capture for item recognition and condition documentation; approximate pickup/drop-off location; and account/device metadata needed to operate the service.

To generate your estimate and inventory, match your move to an authorized carrier, process deposits and payments, coordinate move-day logistics, handle claims and support requests, and meet our legal recordkeeping obligations as a licensed broker.

The carrier assigned to your move receives the order and contact details needed to perform it. Service providers that process video for inventory recognition, host media and documents, and process payments act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Signed documents and cancellation/refund records are retained for at least 3 years after signing, as required for a licensed household goods broker. Other account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.

Media is stored in access-controlled object storage; payments run through a provider integration rather than storing card details on our servers; access to personal data is limited to what's needed to operate the service.

You can review and update your account details in your account at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us below, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.
