Cancellation, deposit & refund policy

Your deposit books your move date and the assigned carrier. How much of it is refunded depends on how far ahead of your move date you cancel — the tiers below match the terms in your order.

  • 100%

    7+ days before the move: full deposit refund

    at or beyond 168 hours before the move

  • 50%

    3–7 days before the move: 50% deposit refund

    at or beyond 72 hours before the move

  • 25%

    24–72 hours before the move: 25% deposit refund

    at or beyond 24 hours before the move

  • 0%

    Within 24 hours of the move or no-show: deposit is non-refundable

    at or beyond 0 hours before the move

Notes

  • The deposit secures your move date and the assigned carrier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • The platform is a moving broker and arranges your move through an authorized carrier; it does not transport goods itself.
  • Paid measurement-visit fees are credited toward your move if you book, and are otherwise non-refundable as payment for the visit.
