Know what your move costsbefore the truck shows up
Antpro is a moving broker. Film a two-minute walkthrough of your place, and our AI turns it into an itemized inventory. A licensed, insured moving company reviews it and puts a firm price in writing — before you sign anything. We arrange the move; a vetted partner crew does the lifting.
- Phone video in, itemized inventory out
- A licensed partner signs the price before you book
- Every load and unload documented on camera
Antpro is a household goods broker. We arrange your move through authorized, insured moving companies — we do not own trucks and do not handle your belongings ourselves. Read the full broker disclosures.

From phone video to a signed price
Antpro handles the inventory, the pricing and the matching. A partner moving company commits to the number and does the physical work.
Film your place
Walk through room by room with your phone. Two minutes of video — no forms, no typing out every box by hand.
AI builds the inventory
The video becomes an itemized list: item, room, dimensions, volume — plus a first price range. Minutes, not days.
A licensed partner prices it
A vetted moving company in your area checks the inventory and the access details — stairs, elevator, parking — then commits to a firm price in writing.
The partner's crew moves you
Their crew loads, drives and unloads, photographing your belongings before and after. Antpro tracks the job and holds the partner to what was agreed.
One request, the right partner
Tell us what the job actually is. We route it to a partner company authorized for that exact kind of work.
Local moves
Across town or across the county, matched to a partner licensed to move household goods in your state.
Long-distance moves
Crossing state lines requires active FMCSA interstate authority (USDOT/MC). Those jobs only go to partners who hold it.
Storage in the middle
Closing dates rarely line up. Coming soon: part of your inventory will be able to go into partner storage — mention it in your request now.
Moving help
Truck already booked? Partner crews take load-only, unload-only and in-home rearrange jobs.
An honest range up front, a signed number before you pay
The oldest trick in moving is a low quote on the phone and a higher invoice on the day. We break it: the AI gives you a range, a licensed partner turns that range into a written commitment, and that commitment is what you pay.
AI estimate range
Your video becomes an itemized volume estimate. You see every item we counted and how the range is built — no black box.
Partner confirmation
A licensed partner reviews the inventory and the access details — floor, elevator, parking, long carry — then commits to a firm written price.
Price locked
You e-sign and pay a deposit against that number. Moving day doesn't change it unless you add items.
The in-app estimate is preliminary. Only the partner's written confirmation is binding.
We check the company before it ever sees your address
Your move doesn't get dropped into an open marketplace. Every partner clears licensing, insurance and vetting before it can receive a single request.
Licensed and authorized
Active U.S. DOT number, plus valid FMCSA operating authority (MC) for interstate work. Verified at onboarding and re-checked over time.
Insured cargo and liability
Partners carry the required liability and cargo coverage. You see the limits before you book, not after a claim.
Vetted crews
We onboard companies whose crews are screened and accountable — not day labor rounded up the night before.
Camera-documented moves
Load and unload are photographed. If something is damaged, you have a timestamped before-and-after instead of your word against theirs.
Broker-carrier agreement
Every partner signs a broker-carrier agreement and accepts our conduct and service standards in writing.
Rated, or removed
Partners carry a performance rating built from real jobs. Repeat problems mean fewer jobs — then none.
Everything the old way leaves vague, in writing and up front

We work the whole country, and we know DC best
Antpro arranges moves in every U.S. state. Where our partner network is densest — Washington, D.C. and Maryland — matching is instant. Everywhere else we source and vet a partner for your specific route. That takes a little longer and costs you nothing extra.
Focus regions
- Washington, D.C.
- Maryland
Densest partner network, instant matching, and a confirmed price on most requests the same day.
Everywhere else in the U.S.
Send the request anyway. We source and vet a partner for your route and come back with a confirmed price, usually within one business day. Interstate jobs only go to partners with active FMCSA authority.
No request is ever turned away because of where in the U.S. you live.
For the gap between two homes
Closing dates rarely line up. Soon you'll be able to route part of your move straight into vetted partner storage and pull it back out through the same app — no second company, no second inventory, no new paperwork.
In the works- Store some of your inventory or all of it
- Same inventory, same app, one contract
- Re-delivery to the new place when you're ready
You run the crews. We'll fill the calendar.
Partner with Antpro and get requests that are already scoped: itemized inventory, photos, access details, and a customer who has already seen the price. Accept what fits your calendar, skip what doesn't.
Onboarding requires an active USDOT number, current insurance, and a signed broker-carrier agreement.
Become a partner- Jobs arrive scoped, not as a name and a phone number
- Dispatch, inventory and payout dashboard, free
- You set your own service area and availability
- Transparent payouts, fast settlement
Straight answers
Do you actually move my things?
No. Antpro is a licensed household goods broker. We build the inventory, price the job and match you with an authorized, insured moving company — that company's crew performs the physical move. The broker disclosures below spell this out.
Is the AI estimate the final price?
No, it's a preliminary range. The assigned partner reviews the inventory and access details and confirms a firm price in writing before you sign anything or pay a deposit.
Do you only work in DC and Maryland?
No. We arrange moves in every U.S. state. DC and Maryland are simply where our partner network is densest, so matching there is fastest. Everywhere else we source and vet a partner for your route, usually within one business day, and it costs you nothing extra.
How are partners vetted?
Before a company can receive a single request we verify its U.S. DOT number, its FMCSA operating authority for interstate work, and its required insurance — and it signs a broker-carrier agreement. Ratings from completed jobs then decide how much work it keeps getting.
How and when do I pay?
Once you accept the confirmed quote, you e-sign your moving documents and pay a deposit — that's the broker fee. You pay the balance in the app after loading. The deposit is refundable: 7+ days ahead — 100%, 3–7 days — 50%, 1–3 days — 25%, less than 24 hours — non-refundable.
What if something gets damaged?
Every load and unload is documented on photo and video, so there's an objective record. You can file a claim with photos in your account; the Antpro team reviews it, and approved compensation is held back from the partner's payout.
Tell us about the move. We'll come back with a real number.
No visit, no obligation, no card. A licensed partner moving company reviews your details and confirms a firm price before anything is booked.

Antpro is a moving broker, not a mover
Antpro Moving Brokerage LLC (“Antpro”) operates as a household goods broker. Antpro arranges transportation of household goods on behalf of consumers but is not a motor carrier and does not itself transport, load, or unload your belongings. All physical moving services are performed by independent, authorized moving companies (“partners”) that contract with Antpro.
Antpro only assigns your move to partners that hold an active U.S. DOT number and, for interstate moves, valid FMCSA operating authority (MC number), along with required liability and cargo insurance.
The current list of authorized carriers we work with is published below and available on request at any time before you book.
Your final price is confirmed in writing by the assigned partner before you sign anything or pay a deposit — the in-app estimate is preliminary. Cancellation, deposit, and refund terms are disclosed in your customer agreement and order confirmation prior to payment.
You can review our full Cancellation, Deposit & Refund Policy and Customer Terms at any time before you book.
