This is a general reference version of the terms you'll be asked to review and e-sign for your specific order, once a partner carrier is assigned. It explains who we are, how the broker model works, and where to find the details that matter most before you book.
Who we are
Antpro Moving Brokerage LLC ("Broker") is a licensed household goods broker. Physical address: pending FMCSA/state registration. USDOT No.: pending. MC No.: pending.
Broker disclosures
We are a moving BROKER — we do not ourselves transport, load, or unload your belongings. We arrange your move, and it is performed by an authorized, independent motor carrier that we assign before you sign your documents. Every carrier we work with holds an active U.S. DOT number and, for interstate moves, valid FMCSA operating authority, plus required insurance. See our current list of authorized carriers.
Estimates & final pricing
The estimate you see in the app is preliminary, generated from your video walkthrough. Your final price is prepared on behalf of, and based on the tariff of, the specific carrier assigned to your move, and is confirmed in writing before you sign anything or pay a deposit.
Cancellation, deposit & refund
Your deposit secures your move date and the assigned carrier. Refund amounts depend on how far ahead of your move date you cancel — see the full cancellation, deposit & refund policy for the current tiers.
Consumer protection

Electronic records & signature
When you sign your order's customer terms, you consent to receive documents electronically and to sign electronically. An electronic signature is as valid as a handwritten one under the federal E-Sign Act. Signed records are retained for at least 3 years.
Changes to these terms
We may update these general terms from time to time; the version you sign for your specific order is the one that governs that order and is available in your account at any time.
